Richard , our Managing Director,  is an experienced senior leader and consultant in the ground transport sector, bringing more than 25 years of industry expertise to complex transport planning and delivery. He has deep commercial and operational knowledge of sub-contracted bus and coach provision and has played key roles in delivering high-profile spectator, VIP and media transport services for major sporting and cultural events.

Richard has supported clients across bid writing and management, commercial planning, project management and delivery, and strategic planning. His experience spans passenger transport, events and technology sectors, blending strategic insight with practical delivery excellence to help organisations plan, win and deliver complex transport solutions.

Most recently he led First Travel Solutions’ commercial development team,  after a long tenure with FirstGroup, where he contributed to award-winning managed transport services and industry thought leadership before founding his own consulting business.

Richard is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), recognised for his commitment to professional standards and leadership in the transport industry.
